6. Terms and Termination
This Service Agreement shall be deemed to be effective from the date of acceptance by both parties. Either party has the right to terminate this Agreement at any time by providing the other party a thirty day notice period. A breach of the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement by either party will result in immediate termination of the contract. ‘Santhana.com’ reserves the right to terminate this Agreement for (a) non-payment of dues by the client; or (b) the client fails to cooperate with ‘Santhana.com’ on issues related to the contracted services.

7. Prohibited Uses
The client hereby agrees not to copy, modify, distribute, or publish material from the ‘Santhana.com’ website, without the express written permission of ‘Santhana.com’. Any unauthorized use of the website by the client will be deemed a violation of copyright and other applicable laws, for which the client will be held liable. The client agrees that ‘Santhana.com’ can exercise its Intellectual Property rights for Copyright and Trademarks to the full extent of the law.

8. Trademarks

10.2 To cooperate with ‘Santhana.com’ and provide them with the necessary material to implement their services effectively.

11. Client Acknowledgments

The client hereby agrees and acknowledges that:
11.1 In the performance of its duties, ‘Santhana.com’ cannot guarantee top search engine rankings since it has no control over the policies of search engine providers and web submission directories. The client’s website(s) are subject to the policies of search engine providers who may stop or suspend acceptance of submissions at any time, and for no apparent reason.

11.2 For continuous optimization with search engines or directory submissions, the client may be required to pay an additional fee.

12. Client Web Site Changes
‘Santhana.com’ cannot be held liable for any changes made to the client’s website(s) by the client without the knowledge of ‘Santhana.com’. The client agrees that changes may result in a drop in search engine page rankings and affect traffic to the website(s).

13. Submitted Content

17. Disclaimer of Warranties

26. Severability
Each clause in this Agreement shall be and remain separate and independent of other clauses in the agreement except where otherwise indicated. If any clause is deemed null and void due to law, they shall have no effect on the remaining clauses in this Service Agreement

27. Integration
This Agreement is final and binding on both parties, and supersedes any other agreement, verbal or written. Both parties agree that any modifications to this agreement can only be made with the express written consent of the other party.
